What can I expect from this webinar?
Spoons are a visual representation used as a unit of measure in order to quantify how much energy a person has throughout a given day. This theory was developed by a student nurse Christine Miserandino in 2003.
This webinar will provide an introduction to spoon theory and how it can support reduction in burnout, meltdown and shutdowns that are often experienced by autistic individuals.
This webinar is aimed at parents/carers of autistic individuals. Professionals welcome.
