Description
Many autistic and ADHD adults experience sensory differences, such as sensitivity to noise, light or touch.
Whilst we can get a lot of joy from sensory input, from enjoying good food to listening to good music, it can also present challenges in everyday life, from fluorescent lighting in supermarkets to background noise in the workplace.
In this webinar, Agnes, Occupational Therapist, and Jack, Peer Support Practitioner, will explore what our senses are, how this can affect us in adult life, and some strategies we can use to reduce the impact of sensory overload.
This webinar is aimed at autistic and/or ADHD adults or anyone with sensory differences.
Once purchased, this recording will be available to watch for 14 days.
