I have eighteen years post-qualification experience as an NHS Psychotherapist and specialise in assessing and working with neurodiverse people (Children 5+, young people and adults).
My understanding of neurodiversity is based on the perception that all human brains work differently. Our authentic nature is self-actualising, self-organising and self-authenticating, therefore, there is no ‘normal or right’ we all deserve to be respected and valued as we are.
I have worked collaboratively with a therapy dog for over ten years, as I love animals. I am fully ADHD, ADOS-2 and ADI-R trained and experienced.
I currently manage a busy G.P. psychotherapy service and have supported people living in care homes.
My previous career was teaching Physical Education and I enjoy playing Padel tennis and walking barefoot in the summer rain!
