I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and Counsellor with an extensive background in mental health. I understand the importance of being kind to yourself and take a client-centred approach, actively listening to each individual’s goals and supporting them in achieving these. I work from a strength-based model, focusing on each client’s unique strengths and interests to encourage growth and progress.
Working in a proactive way provides individuals with the best chance of progress, and is central to achieving success. Each client is different, and offer their own strengths and interests. Harbouring these interests and motivations can be the source of good, and ultimately helps us achieve change and contentment.
