I am a newly qualified Occupational Therapist working with Autism Oxford UK. I have a range of experiences working with autism and learning disabilities service users. I am particularly passionate about advocating for the neurodivergent community and using my own lived experience of having ADHD and ASD to support my therapy input.
In addition, I specialise in mental health conditions and addiction, focusing on how other diagnoses impact ASD and ADHD presentations. My work spans from secondary school age to older adults, where I can support transitions in school, university, and employment.
I provide support for dealing with self-harming and suicidal tendencies, using sensory and other occupational therapy-based practices to improve wellbeing. I also assist in embracing and understanding neurodivergent identities, including additional queer and trans identities. My approach is strength-based, emphasising resilience and growth to help clients thrive in all their chosen occupations.
I offer flexible, reasonable adjustments for sessions, including online support, school visits, home visits, and even outdoor nature-based walks. Please email to enquire further about specific requests such as introduction videos.
On a more personal note, I’ve lived in the UK for two years now, having moved here from Canada, and can’t wait to move forward with my career! Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about the outdoors and sports. I have been snowboarding and rock climbing most of my life, and I also enjoy spending time on my motorcycle and am very into all motorsports.
