Karen Harrison

Hello, my name is Karen. I am a Speech & Language Therapist working with Autism Oxford UK as a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner.

Across my career I have worked in the NHS and with private organisations, across schools, colleges and specialist mental health settings, as well as delivering online assessments and therapeutic interventions. I am qualified to deliver ADOS-2 and ADI-r assessments, and skilled in using a wide range of other measures to help diagnose autism and help neurodivergent individuals learn more about their individual profile of strengths and differences. I have a specific interest in the overlap between neurodiversity and mental health, including eating disorders.

When I am not working I love spending time with my 2 children and our fluffy little dog, enjoying walking, cooking, music and laughter!
