Ian Williams

Hello, my name is Ian, and I am the Head of Service at Autism Oxford UK.

I bring a strong background in healthcare, with a degree in Bioscience and a Graduate Diploma in Law. I have extensive commercial experience, including Senior Leadership roles within healthcare organisations, including the NHS. My career has centred on service delivery within healthcare, with a focus on making a direct impact on client’s outcomes.

At Autism Oxford UK, I am passionate about making a positive impact on our clients, and I believe in the unique strength of our blended teams, where professional expertise combines with lived experience. This blend is what makes our services stand out and enables us to deliver meaningful, person-centred support to the individuals and families we work with.

Outside of work, I’ve just welcomed my first child, so free time is in short supply! When I do find a moment, I enjoy cooking, family dog walks and playing rugby, where I embrace the team spirit both on and off the pitch. The supportive culture and camaraderie at Autism Oxford UK make it an inspiring place to work, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a dedicated team.
