I am a highly experienced autism assessor with over 11 years of clinical practice. As a Master’s-qualified nurse, I have dedicated my career to understanding and supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a particular focus on children and young people. I am passionate about creating assessment environments that are both empathetic and evidence-based, ensuring that each individual’s strengths and challenges are fully recognised.
In addition to my clinical work, I am deeply committed to research aimed at improving services and outcomes for neurodiverse individuals. I have a strong interest in exploring how tailored interventions and early identification can empower children and their families, supporting better long-term development and well-being. Throughout my career, I have championed a strengths-based approach, advocating for greater awareness, acceptance, and inclusion of neurodivergent voices within education, healthcare, and the wider community.
My work is driven by a profound belief that every neurodivergent child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and that assessments should not only identify needs but also highlight potential.
