Hello, my name is Billy! I work with Autism Oxford UK as a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner.
Across my career so far, I have worked across adult and child neurodiversity services in the NHS and private sector as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist and Neurodevelopmental Practitioner. I have gained a wealth of experience and further training in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric and standardised assessment measures which form part of the diagnostic assessment process for neurodiverse conditions.
I graduated from the University of East London with an undergraduate degree in Clinical and Community Psychology and have also completed a master’s degree at the University of Derby in Psychological Research, where I chose to focus on the lived experience of parents who have children with neurodiverse needs and the diagnostic overlap between neurodiversity and mental health disorders.
When I am not at work, I enjoy exploring the countryside with my wife and two (very energetic) dogs!
